And on and on. Once you get the paperwork, it's too late. They won't let you cancel. There is also a $100 deductible they don't mention on the phone. My MC is still working on the problem, since transaction was done over the phone.
Big rip off! Stay away from this company. They also change their name and web site every other day. No response to correspondence. Please stay away from them. Very bad news.

MOGI HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM, THEY HAD TO OPEN A NEW COMPANY AND CHANGE THERE NAME. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THE SAME COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN SCAMMING CUSTOMERS FOR YEARS. TRUE AUTO PROTECTION SCAM IS THE SAME AS GET MOGI SCAM |

3. Written by erinehart, on 02-08-2010 10:11 Mogi is a sham! I has the service for 3 months and when I found a better service I called to cancel. Then the run around started. I have been waiting for 31 days now for a refund I was told would take "about 3 weeks". When I try to call them I either get put on hold forever or "Thank you for calling but our office is close". Do they ever open? Why hasn't someone in law enforcement not taken a notice of this scam?
4. Written by srvnt, on 30-07-2010 14:23 Absolutely a RIP_OFF. This contract is comprised of ONLY weasel clauses that only benefit MOGI. This is a FRAUD!

6. Written by Pytbrneyes, on 29-07-2010 02:36 Wow! Just got off the phone earlier with mogi and almost made a deal with these people. They don't remember me calling earlier this month to switch my vehicle to another one and tried to charge me another downpayment for a new contract without seeing that I had already talked with someone who never put in my information for my new vehicle. this site just saved me big time. ![]()
7. Written by Warranty Co. owner, on 28-07-2010 14:33 Coming from the industry I can see all sides of this..It all depends on the underwriter of the policy not the individual selling you it unless he misrepresents the policy. The underwriters deny the claims not Mogi. THey are just the reseller of the policy itself and once it is sold they are pretty much done with it.I dont work for Mogi however I do run a warranty company. Make sure the underwriter is reinsured for your protection, make sure of the policy you are purchasing is what the rep says it is, do your homework. My people do not high pressure anyone and our website shows the policies online before you even purchase them. And for the people who say they take their vehicle in right after the 30 day grace period, let me say form experience that 99.9% of the time the vehicle already had the problem and they tried to get over on the warranty company to get something fixed. then only to cancel the policy after the clain was taken care of. Now you tell me who the crook in the situation like that is. Thats insurance fraud people and I will sue you for that reason alone. Thats why all the calls that come in our place are recorded for our protection from lieing customers. We asked is the vehicle running ok...Most say yes...not kidding have had people take it on the 30th day with no extra mileage driven...Duh big red truck the car hasnt moved of course its denied..Wake up people, the companies arent the crooked ones. And if a company has BBB complaints who cares..look at wal mart but u all still shop there..Look at Mcdonalds, you still eat there dont you..Everyone complains about something, its a given. Check to see if they are resolved...I dont care if I get complaints... however I do care if they arent resolved..Anyone care to challenge me on the subject? I have been doing it for over 1o years. Nothing i cant answer
8. Written by No no not me!, on 16-07-2010 15:36 This lady won't stop calling me, trying to get me to buy a warranty. I told her I was no longer interested because if they were legit, they wouldn't be pressuring me. She is still calling. BBB has over 150 complaints for Mogi. Fry me!

10. Written by bob, on 09-07-2010 13:41 Lots of emotion on this site, and not many facts. Here are some facts – you decide whether Mogi acted honorably. I entered into a contract with Mogi and paid $700 up front. Per the contract, should I cancel it within 30 days, they were entitled to a $50 ‘administrative fee’. I canceled it per contract my mailing it to their P.O. box within 30 days. They should have paid me back $650. They paid back 615.09. The difference was $34.91. I entered into the contract on April 16th. Mailed it back to them on May 10th. Notification of the contract’s arrival at their post office was posted in their P.O box on May 13th, two business days before the deadline. Mogi accepted delivery by signing for the contact on May 18th, two business days past the deadline. Of course I can prove all this.
